Close to the Baltic Sea beach lies this holiday resort with small privat plots of about 300 m², where the property owners spend their summers since 30 years. A small bungalow which has seen better days shall now be replaced by a modern wooden house on the same base area of 45 m². Through a spatial interleaving of sleeping and wet rooms, a spacious housing situation was created on this tiny, confined area, and gives it the appearance of a cosy cottage.
