complete restoration: rooftop renewal with shingles of cement asbestos and standard insulation. Novel construction of a wooden two-story extension, enlargement of the windows in the wooden plank wall on the south facade. Renewal and enhancement of the building statics with antique wooden elements. Balconies and external staircase are made of larch, the quarter spiral indoor staircase of spruce.
