The old gasworks of the public utility company are considered as industrial cultural heritage and are converted to a new determination as training and conference center. After a complete gutting of the interior, the novel seminar rooms were placed into the empty building envelope as an independent steel-timber-structure. The vertical supporting steel pillars were, inside the rooms, covered with trapezoidal MDF-profiles.
